Our Vision

The 5th and Hill project, located at 323 W. 5th Street, is a mixed-use development featuring both residential units and a hotel. It was conceptualized by developer Jeffrey Fish of JMF Development LLC. After an extensive collaboration process with architects Arquitectonica, a Miami powerhouse,  the eye-catching design for a 53-floor tower was unveiled.  The project will transform a vacant lot into a vibrant and exciting location for residents, guests, and neighbors.  5th and Hill will stimulate the revitalization of Pershing Square by creating an iconic building that is near the Pershing Square Metro station and multiple other public transportation options.  Located near Pershing Square park, Fish’s inspiration for 5th and Hill is to reimagine mid-century California design in a sleek, vertical tower that looks forward to the future of Downtown Los Angeles through innovative design and engineering.
